Soultana Koumoutsi

Soultana Koumoutsi is a writer, director, founder and president of the Psarokokalo Athens International Short Film Festival.
She was born in Piraeus, Greece.

She studied with a scholarship from the state scholarship foundation at the National Theater. She has attended academic seminars on the production and distribution of audiovisual works.

Soultana is the author of the play"Good Luck" for the New Stage of the National Theatre.
Filmography (screenplay - direction): "For a hug", "Annoula" and "Paradox".
She worked as an assistant director and producer in television, film and advertising productions.

Since 2010, she has been in charge of the Psaroloco Media Literacy Project with a priority on vulnerable groups of children and young people.
